Q: Why am I being asked for an end user statement?
A: As per compliance with the current federal export regulations, we keep records of all exported items. This includes the information we have requested from you and your end user.
Q: Do we export cable?
A: Yes! We do export cable.
Q: Can an order be drop shipped to a third-party location?
A: We do drop shipping to a third party location when requested.
Q: How are our orders packaged?
A: We ship all cable in coils or on reels. For lighter shipments we package them in boxes and heavier shipments on pallets. If you have a preferred packaging method, make sure you specify your requirements on your purchase order. Information on our standard packaging options is available here.
Q: What carriers can I request for shipment?
A: We are serviced by all national carriers. If you like to use a specific carrier for your shipments, provide us with the contact information and we will work with them to collect and deliver your goods.
Q: What are our standard shipping terms?
A: FOB Factory, Freight Collect. However, we can also prepay a common carrier and add freight to your invoice if you prefer.
