Q: I’m uncertain that I requested the correct product, can I have a sample?
A: Yes! We will happily provide you with a sample of the cable you need. We are a firm believer in samples as it gives us a chance to show new customers the high quality and reliability our products offer.
Q: If I need to return material, who do I contact?
A: To return a material you would need to reach out to us via one of our contact methods listed here. You will then be issued an RMA for the return of material.
Q: Do we Sell Electrical Cable?
A: No, we do not sell electrical cable. We sell mechanical cable.
Q: Do we Sell Hardware?
A: Hardware is offered through our Cableware Division! Loos Cableware is located in Naples, FL and despite having the same name and ownership we operate as two independent divisions. To place an order for hardware you will have to contact them directly.
Q: Do we have a minimum order quantity?
A: In most cases we do have a minimum order quantity when you are looking to buy directly from us. The minimum is $500.00 per line item for all cable assemblies and commercial grade bulk cables. However, if you are looking for small lengths of cable, please contact us and we can discuss what we have available in short reels and distributor stock.
Q: I just received my quote, how long is it valid?
A: Our quotes are valid for 30 days.
Q: How can I get a quotation?
A: You can send us an inquiry on a product or assembly you are interested in or you can contact us directly. We appreciate the opportunity to quote your requirements!
Q: Is there a distributor in my area?
A: Our sales team can provide you with a list of purchase options that will include buying directly from us or going through distribution. Contact a sales representative for more detail about our distributors here.
