Spooling:
Rather than just providing standard spool options, we also carry custom spools and bobbins to fit any application or equipment. We use the technique of precision winding on all our products to ensure that your payoff operation goes smoothly. Loos Med Tech uses state-of-the-art spooling technology to give us flexibility on lead times when required. Even though many companies offer spooling, Loos Med Tech goes the extra step. If you provide us with a specific spool, we can ensure that your product is wound on the spool. Alternatively, if you do not know which tool would be best for your medical product we can make a recommendation based on our many years of industry experience.
Bobbin Winding:
Over the past few years our customers started asking if we can ship using miniature bobbins. As customer service is our number one priority we listened. All of our flat and fine wire products are available on miniature bobbins. Using these bobbins ensures you can effectively use our products without any additional hassle. After we spool the wire onto the miniature bobbins, the product is put into a bag and then heat shrunk.
Labeling:
As product tracing can be a major issue, Loos Med Tech makes the process easy by using detailed labels. All of our materials are labeled with both order and product information. On these labels we include the lot number, order number, and part number. Alongside these labels, we also provide chemical analysis alongside performance and heat characteristic product certifications.
