Turning Machines:
Key features of our turning machines include concentric turning, precision turning o +/- 0.0004″. Our turning machines have the capability to machine all types of ferrous and non-ferrous material, including stainless steels, carbon steels, brass, aluminum, and exotic metals such as titanium. Our Swiss turning machines lathe with a capacity to 1 ½”. Here are some of our turning machines:
-13 Citizen and Star Swiss Turning Machines all equipped with 12-foot bar feeders
-4 Haas CNC Turning Machines with 12-foot bar feeders
Milling Machines:
Milling is a machining process that is controlled by a computer. We take 2D and 3D design files and convert them to then setup the creating process. We can maintain tolerances on our milling machines to maintain tolerances as small as .0001”. Milling machines create custom parts for a wide range of industries with extremely high accuracy.
