Buying a swaging machine can be a difficult task when you don’t know what you are looking for. In our previous blog we broke down some differences between a few of our swaging machines and today, we are going to be looking at three more! In this blog you will find a breakdown of the M1-K Type I Kit, M2-K Type 2, and M2-K Type 2 Kit. We will outline the capabilities of each of these machines to help you determine which machine is best suited to your needs.

M1-K Type I Kit:

The M1-K Kit is a portable swaging machine that can swage MS type terminals onto both stainless and galvanized steel cables. The kit will swage cables from 1/16” in diameter up to 3/16”. Alongside MS terminals, the M1 Kit can also assemble marine industrial terminals if they are the same outside and bore diameters as the standard MS terminals. The kit includes the machine, terminal gauges, feed guide adapters, and a full set of roll dies.
