As many of you may already know, Connecticut was struck hard by Winter Storm Alfred. For the second time this year, we have surpassed the highest power outages on record. Fortunately, Loos & Company has weathered the storm and we running at normal operation. Our facilities remain undamaged; however our phone systems are down. Preliminary estimates have the return of service expected for Thursday, November 3rd. So that we may serve our customers, we are setting up a temporary communication structure. We will post this information as it becomes available. We apologize for any inconveinience this may cause.
