Wire Pointer
Here's how it's used:
When you are setting up to draw, you need to taper the ends of the wire in order to get it through the increasingly smaller dies. The pointer does this tapering for you by running the end of the wire between the two wheels, which are themselves tapered to create a smaller and smaller gap.
