We've been drawing wire here in Pomfret, CT for over 35 years. We started with the goal of supporting our aircraft cable and wire rope manufacturing operations, but soon added capacity to support the wire market in general. The high quality required in the small diameter wires used in our high performance aircraft cables made Loos & Co., Inc wire products desirable for many other applications.

One such product is Annealed wire, or wire that has been heat treated. Annealing is a process of placing wire in a furnace to soften the material, relieve internal stresses, induce flexibility and improve cold working properties. Annealed wire products are primarily used as tie wire, as material for weaving wire mesh and as binding wire in construction. 

Loos manufactures annealed wire in 302, 303, 304, 305, 316, 321, 347, & 400 Series, 17-7 pH, Monel® and Inconel® Alloys. Other materials are available upon request. 

We stock and ship in Coils, on Carriers, on Spools, and on Reels: we can package annealed wire any way you want it!
