LPP is located at the Loos Cableware Division manufacturing facility in Naples, Florida and offers a range of machining capabilities and turnkey services not found in your typical machine shop. Our facility is certified to AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015, and we are QPL/QPM listed for a number of Mil-Spec components. The four types of equipment Loos used for precision machining are grinding, milling, screw machines, and turning machines. Grinding is typically done using manual surface grinders as it allows for extreme precision for metals with tight tolerances that require fabrication efficiency. LPP has 7 Haas Vertical Mills for the milling process, which allows us to maintain consistent and exact part manufacturing. For screw machines, LPP can meet all your screw machining requirements thanks to the Acme-Gridley 6 Spindle Screw Machine.
