A Whale of a Rigging Job
For those of you tempted to taunt a Wright Whale, I have a bit of advice for you:
I originally wanted to make some sort of crack about how "Loos & Co. rigging and lifeline cables would have prevented this from happening". Not true. But if the folks at the Cape Town Sailing academy (the ones who own the yacht in questions and provided these photos on their website) were looking for the highest quality yacht rigging cable available to use in their re-rig, we would be the ones to call!
So, the moral of the story is: Don't cross paths with a rogue wright whale, and call a Loos & Co., Inc Product Manager to discuss your standing rigging and life line needs!
